Suspecting it is breaking my skin out

I've been using this product for about 2 weeks and I'm starting to suspect it's what's been breaking me out because it is the only new product in my regimen. I have combination acne-prone skin but my skin has been relatively calm with a few spots but after using this I got flare-ups on my cheeks and my forehead. Skin looks slightly greasy after applying but that could be the SPF.

Mousturizing with strong smell

The product is liquidy and thus very moisturizing, which i find good for oily skin. It's very soothing but it leaves a feeling similar to having on a thin layer of face mask. I find that it has a very strong smell, which can be uncomfortable. It leaves your face slightly shiny but also smooth. I didn't have any breakouts after using it.
