Weird

It's supposed to be for sensitive skin and suitable for fungal acne, but it made irritated my skin very badly and I got redness, closed comedones and cystic acne. It really should be okay, but for some reason, my skin did not like it. I don't know if it's from alcohol being the second highest ingredient on the list or something else, maybe it's just my skin.
