A low PH toner

Good as PH toner and it works if I am using a high PH second cleanser to wash my face. It smells like orange and the liquid is clear. There is no need to put this in the fridge as the toner will not oxidize at all.

It is good for slight brightening and to even out the skin tone. No breakouts from this.
