One of the few bb creams around with a decent shade range. No-makeup makeup gem
Skin Type: combination Skin
Skin Concerns: Acne, Fungal Acne (Malassezia), Sensitive Skin

I'm a "no-makeup makeup" kind of gal, and due to recent skin concerns I had to look into the sensitive-friendly corner of the cosmetic world. For a while I used mineral make-up, but - and I'm conscious this is possibly the most ridiculous of complaints- the fussy application made me feel like a vain old widow powdering her face in front of a baroque mirror, the smell of decaying flowers lingering in the air and Maria Callas playing in the background. I really really longed for something more on-the-go, something like a BB cream, while actual BB creams unfortunately stayed off-limits because of the ever-lacking shade range, always too dark and too yellow for me. Then this cream happened: easy to apply, natural-looking and I was able to pick a shade that matched me instead of deciding between a mere light-medium Vs medium-tan and ending up looking like a Trump cosplay. I'm what you'd call a vanilla skintone, a very pale Italian, and the lightest shade, "Pale light", which is a sort of millennial pink, was a good match. No bad skin reactions so far. Last but not least, the price tag is as gentle as the product ;)
Only three teeny tiny cons: 1) it does not control oil AT ALL, so by lunchtime I'm at a Snape-grade of oiliness; 2) it can go a little streaky if you don't blend carefully, especially along the jawline and if you have some peach fuzz; 3) no SPF :(
