Great smell, but drying

I bought this product in college because it is inexpensive and it smells AMAZING! I have long, fine wavy hair that needs a bit more moisture. I found that it dried out my scalp and caused dandruff. This also led to my hair getting oilier faster. I made my hair smell great and it definitely felt clean afterwards. I wish that it could've worked better for me.
