Great

I used to use the Life Brand 2% SA (alcohol free) But I think they got discontinued.

I've been using these for 4 months and they are really great at clearing my acne. The only thing that annoys me about this product is the fragrance and alcohol. Slightly irritating on my combination skin. I don't have many BHA to compare it to because in Canada we have limited options.

Slightly more effective than red box Stridex

I used Stridex in the red box for years, and generally it helped keep acne at bay or at least shortened the life span of an outbreak. I picked this up as a replacement one day because the pharmacy was out of my tried and true. For me, this is even better than Stridex. The difference is noticeable, but not so much that I'd never go back to Stridex. It's just a little boost. There is a higher alcohol content, so it is a bit more drying. But that hasn't bothered my combo skin at all.
