Thin watery layer for dissolving niacinamide powder.

I really enjoy this very light and watery initial moisturising layer. I use it in the AM everyday. I mix it with The Ordinary 100% Niacinamide Powder and use it after cleansing and before creams. It sinks into my skin easily and leaves it feeling soft and ready for the next layers. It has a nice mild floral scent.
