Alcohol with hefty price tag

I had high hopes because a couple of friends use it and swear by it. I dotted it on spots and after couple of days I saw no improvement. It even made some of the spots angrier by turning into giant pustule. I became more disappointed when I notice the main ingredients is SD Alcohol (the type of alcohol that drying and damaging my skin). It doesn't justify the hefty price tag and the small amount of product I get.
