Clean but left with tight skin

I bought this cleanser on a whim because I saw it on sale. Unfortunately the ingredients aren't really friendly to oily skin and that's the type of skin I have so maybe this will work for others, First of all I will say that this cleanser does do it's job, it left my skin feeling clean, but I feel like the cleanser is a littletoostrong? Shortly after, my face would feel tight, it's as if any moisture in my face has been stripped off and this is coming from someone who has quite the oily face. Personally it's not something I would use again.
