Everyone's skin is different so before just trusting the review that says this will break you out, please take a moment to read my experience. I have been using this for a month now and it has completely transformed my skin. I have adult acne primarily caused by hormones. This moisturizer works well with my drying acne medication to keep me hydrated and keep my skin calm. I still get hormonal acne on occasion, which is to be expected. But this has decreased my redness, decreased the number of closed comedones on my face, and has helped keep my skin balanced. I don't know why some people may have had bad reactions, but please don't write this product off because of one bad review.

This cream deserves a higher rating for non-acne-prone skin, but they advertise it as acne-safe, which is completely untrue. Using this caused the most horrible acne I have had in my life. It is a very greasy cream and has olive oil in it: the high oleic to linoleic acid ratio in this oil is very bad for hyperkeratinization - causing acne. In addition, I did not even see my skin moisturized after using it twice daily for a week, and instead very irritated and sensitized. If you have acne-prone skin, please, buy something else.

This cream is wonderful! It is extremely moisturizing and soothing, has amazing healing powers. I am currently using this along a treatment with benzoyl peroxide and it's definitely protecting my skin and keeping it soft and moisturized. It has a nice texture and glides on the skin, leaves a bit of a tacky feeling though – also I wake up with a very oily T zone the next morning but it never caused me to breakout. Actually it is helping to fade my acne scars and pigmentation, so far so good! Has a nice floral sweet smell which is not overpowering and dissipates quickly. Since I have acne-prone combination skin, this is a cream I like to use only when my skin is sensitive or when I get dry patches from cold weather or over exfoliation. Overall, I love it and would definitely recommend this!
