Doesn't help during eczema flare

This cleanser for eczema patients was prescribed by the National Skin Centre dermatologist. I was having a bad flare and it seemed to make my face eczema worse. I had to go without any cleansers and only used plain water to wash my face for a few weeks until I recovered. Switched back to my own Aveeno Baby Dermexa Moisturising Wash for facial and body wash thereafter and have been fine since. Will keep the remainder of Softouch for "hand wash only".
