Good but not the best
Skin Type: combination Skin
Skin Concerns: Rosacea, Anti-Aging (Fine lines & Wrinkles), Dehydrated Skin

i like that it is free of a lot of bad things such as alcohol an fragrances etc. Which makes this a good toner for people with sensitive skin. i don't use it as much so i can't really give my full opinion on it. it didn't really make a difference but it didn't make it worse either. But overall i would say this is a nice toner.
