I have been using this product for months now and it definitely improved my skin texture and skin tone. It helps very much with calming down my skin when it's breaking out. There have been times when I could not resist picking my face, so I immediately ran for help to this toner and it made wonders. I love it because it helps me with avoiding new pimples (not completely, but I have seen much worse), slightly exfoliates my skin and as a massive bonus - it doesn't have unnecessary alcohol!
So why 4 stars?
What I don't like is this sticky feeling it leaves on my skin after I use it. In summer it's very irritating because this sticky feeling makes me want to wash my face with soap (just kidding, but yeah, sticky = not cool). Yet, for this price and for these ingredients it's not that big of a deal.

if you have blackheads on your nose this is the solution. In only one week the blackheads on my nose were gone. My face peeled off gradually to reveal more even skin texture. I had lots off bumps on my cheeks, now my skin is so smooth an even i never experienced anything like this with other toners. although i my advise you that after one week off using it every day i decided to start using this toner every other day because i felt like it dries a little my skin. i recommend you when achieving the results to space more the uses of the product as it can over exfoliate your skin. If you use it correctly as your skin needs you will have smooth, clean, even and great skin. Just Skip all the other physical exfoliaters that just hurt your skin.

It's a good exfoliating toner, but if you're new to chemical exfoliation I would suggest working up to it. I started by using it every evening, but my skin broke out a bit more (purging probably) and it was more sensitive than ever. My skin was a lot happier when I only used it once a week-ish. I think that there are other toners with a lower percentage of glycolic acid that would be better for more sensitive skin types

So I have had acne for a while and this has helped a LOT!
I use it AM & PM although some recommend only PM
And in the PM, I also use the niacimide from The Ordinary.

My sister didn't tolerate it but my skin is doing fine and I have sensitive skin!

i've been consistently using glycolic acid by the ordinary for nearly 6 months and asides from the great benefits of the product listed on their website and reviewed by many other gurus, i've noticed some amazing changes

9. gentle for my skin type
10. fragrance free! which usually would irritate my skin

would recommend this product for all skin types: the main purpose is to tone your face's pH after cleansing and to get rid of any excess dirt/oils/dead skin and it works perfectly in doing so.
