My first AHA and an amazing option for beginners or those with very sensitive/reactive skin.
I really love the additional 2% hyaluronic acid, because it makes the consistency more serum-like(a bit tacky) and softens any harshness of lactic acid, attracting moisture to the skin.
Has typical AHA smell, a bit like burning rubber, but skincare shouldn't smell like rainbows and cotton candy.
Its effects are subtle, but I really think it works. I noticed positive results in the beginning: reduced texture, plump glowing skin in the morning, evened out skin tone. It did not sting even on first application, maybe tingled slightly. I do think my skin got used to it over time, so I switched to something stronger. Basically, it was a perfect stepping stone, plus it never broke me out or irritated my skin. A little goes such a long way, It's almost hard to use it up.
Super user-friendly with an unbeatable price and straightforward ingredients.
