A good cleanser, does not trigger my acnes out as I have an acne-prone skin. Great for cleansing any layer of sunscreen on my skin. I am not sure about makeup though because I am not a makeup person. However, this cleanser does leave a filmy layer after rinsing my face with water which is quite uncomfortable for me. But it is fine with me as I can just wash it off with my second cleanser. I keep using it for the benefits of squalane in this cleanser which can help to strengthen the skin barrier. Since I bought only the small size one, I just dot the cleanser on my face with an adequate amount instead of rubbing them between my palm to avoid wastage. The first few seconds would not be smooth but after a constant massage, the texture of the cleanser would then turn to oily-ish and easy to massage. Overall, this cleanser is good and I might consider repurchase this if I haven't found the suitable cleansing oil for my skin.
My absolute favorite for cleansing my oily skin. The texture is somewhere between a lotion, oil and balm. It feels like a moisturizer when you apply it as it doesn't lather. A dot on each of my cheeks and one on my forehead is enough to remove sunscreen and grime of the day. That being said, I can't speak to how effective this is at removing makeup, but I'd imagine it work beautifully as a second cleanser. Can't recommend enough!
It is a very good product, especially considering the price. I enjoy the texture of this cleaner, which changes from creamy oil to milk. I have been using it as a first cleanser and removing it with water and cloth after 2-3 min of massaging. However, I feel I need to use quite a lot of product to fully remove my makeup. It is actually a great product to use during facial massage. My skin feels very good after using it, and there is no dry feeling afterwards, as the cleanser doesn't strip the first layer of my skin. Unfortunately, the tube is very small, so the product doesn't last long. I found that there was a lot of product left in the tube and I had to cut it open to make the most of it. After cutting it, I had enough product to last me at least 5 washes, which I found wasn't as hygienic as the product was not sealed between using. Of course, this can be avoided if you decide not to cut the tube to get the every last bit of the cleanser. I usually avoid anything which can clog up my pores, however I decided to give it a try as it does a very good job of cleaning my face and removing my makeup fully. I don't recommend using it to remove eye makeup.
