It is very hard to find thick fungal acne safe products for dry skin. This cream does not break me out at all. The texture is not that easy to spread, it may pull the skin a little so I do little tapping motions when I spread it. It feels like an ointment and cream hybrid (a little lighter than petroleum Jelly, that absorbs in your skin).

It moisturizes my skin very well and it keeps the hydration locked. I use it usually during the night, or every time I have dry patches from tretinoin.

It contains Rapeseed Sterol. So it might still break out some people. I'd still say give it a try as it is very affordable.

this product is amazing for FA(fungal acne) skin and dry skin in the winter , for the nighttime , won't clog pores, hydrates and moisrturizes the skin, can use it under a retinol or retiniod active without irritation.
if you have oily skin, you might look for a lighter moisturizer in the day but evening it's fine
if you have dry skin, this is a miracle periodd
and if sensitive skin, won't irritate your skin at all
