Dissappointed
Skin Type: combination Skin
Skin Concerns: Large Pores, Sensitive Skin, Dehydrated Skin, Uneven Skin Tone, Whiteheads/Closed Comedones

It didn't reach particularly well with my sensitive skin. There is a fair amount of hydration and skin plumping effect however I noticed bumps and redness all over each time i apply it before my moisturiser. I think they might be some component ingredient which triggered my sensitive skin. I had to stop it, maybe for this product will suit well for normal skin types but definitely not for sensitive skin.

Like a drink of water for my dry skin

I have dry, mildly sensitive skin and have been using Vichy Mineral 89 for over one year now. This booster/serum provides a ton of hydration to the skin mainly in the form of mineral water, hyaluronic acid and glycerin (plus a few other ingredients). It has a light gel-like texture but feels extremely thin and watery when applied. I was glad to discover there was no sticky feeling experienced and it immediately made my face feel hydrated and plump in the best possible way. A little goes a very long way. I mistakenly put two pea-sized drops in the palm of my hand the first time I tried this and not only did I have enough to do my entire face but I also had enough to go all the way down my neck too. This has been one of my best discoveries ever in the “Essence/Serum” category with very few ingredients and lovely results. On days where I haven't used this my skin knows the difference and it is not happy with me. This is one of those products I never get bored of because it treats me well and I don't question whether or not it is effective like other products I've tried and wondered what, if anything it was doing for me. In my personal opinion you don't need to have a dry skin type to use and love this serum.

Not good with my skin. Unfortunately after apply remain sticky and caused acne.

Unfortunately, after apply remain sticky and caused acne. Never heard before that can cause the appearance of whitehead, in the worst case to be sticky. I applied it after I washed my face. The acne started to be more visible after 3 days. The stickiness doesn't bother me so much.
