Let me start by saying that Ive never had any kind of skin issue prior to this in my life. I had normal skin, never oily and never dry. I never even had more than one zit at a time, my entire life. I am 33 now and before this I had amazing, healthy skin.
Almost 6 years ago, I decided to support a friend who sold Younique and I bought tons of products. I was so excited when the box arrived. She asked me to make a fb live putting on the Touch Foundation. It was in the afternoon, so I put it on while on live. After the live ended, I got into the shower and did my normal skin care routine. The next morning I woke to my face being on fire. A stinging fire. I looked in the mirror and my face was so blistered and inflamed. Immediately, I made an appt to a dermatologist. She said it was cystic acne and a deep bacteria infection. Over the course of a two years I went through EVERY possible treatment a dermatologist could give. Nothing worked. The last 6 years I have battled this daily. My face hasn’t been clear in 6 years. It’s not always blistered and inflamed but more than half of each month it is. Every inch of my face is always oily, like bacon grease oily. I can wash with my Cerave and 5 minutes later... grease face. I gave up after the 2nd year of dealing with it and caked my face with make up everyday to cover it. It was something I prided myself on. A little over 4 years into dealing with this, I pretty much stopped using make up to hide it, buying product after product to clear it... I returned to solely trying to fix my skin and rarely wear make up. I’ve tried so many products to help. I’m currently have a severe flare up. A dermatologist friend I met recently saw an unedited/no filter pic I posted today and told me it is 100% pityrosporum folliculitis (fungal acne-in popular terms). She suggested new products for me and I’m excited and hopeful to finally be free of these. 10/10 do not recommend this.

My skin began to misbehave about 15 years ago. An acne breakout would not go away. After numerous trips to my regular doctors with no results, last August (2018) I decided to see a dermatologist.
The diagnosis was perioral dermatitis and Lichen Planopilarus.
Since it has always seemed that face products often made my skin breakout, and I ould not determine the cause, I felt doomed.
Long story short, my issues stem most definitely from Titanium dioxide and also wheat.
