Purpose: To help skin help itself to repair and correct.

Summary: Pre-cleanse, Cleanse, Moisturise.

Optional extras:

• Acid toner
• Eye cream (after toner, before moisturiser)
• Serum
• Mask

NB: I would use an absolute maximum of 7 products in one go, but definitely don't do this daily. This is just a complete list of all of the products that I like and are within my budget. I wouldn't use 4 moisturisers and 2 overnight masks, the penetrable part of skin is only as thin as a piece of paper!
