Works great in the winter!

My skin tends to be very dry in the winter, this was a awesome help! My salesperson warned be that make up probably wouldn't stay on with this oil underneath but i had no problems with it. In the summer though I feel that it's too heavy and keeps breaking me out.

Great

My skin has felt way better since I apply a few drops every night. I've been using this for at least a year and I've only used half of the cup so the price is worth it. It is important to mention that it is the first serum I use so I can't compare it with other product. Also my sister who has oily skin used it for a while and it caused it breakouts so I would recommend it for. people with oily skin.

It's pleasant and it smells nice

It is a nice oil, it leaves the skin soft and less dull, it smells like lavender and the scent is really soothing. The only reason it "lost" a star is because I feel that there is better oils out there at this price that are more effective at antiaging, hyperpigmentation and stuff like that.

more like midnight nightmare concentrate

I would recommend staying far far away from this product not only to those who are sensitive/reactive/pregnant, but to literally everyone. 5 toxic/allergenic + 2 irritating essential oils, overall clogging rating of 9, barely anti-aging or hydrating, not one healing ingredient, yet they claim it will "recover" your skin? And for this price? Unfortunately, the pretty glass bottle with a dropper and the whole "natural/apothecary" branding doesn't make up for any of it.
The worst part is that this oil was so hyped up, it was easy to give in. Light and dry in texture, it absorbed fast and felt good at first. Its herbal lavender scent made me think it must be beneficial for my skin. However, after about a week of consistent use my face broke out massively, resulting in PIH and red splotches all over. My skin felt tight and irritated in the morning. After giving it more time, I finally had to return my half empty bottle, and it took me months to get rid of hyperpigmentation. It's important to note that no other new products were introduced into my routine, and that the breakouts stopped right after taking this product out of it. At the time no environmental changes occurred around me either.
There are much better oils on the market with safer and actually beneficial ingredients that don't irritate the skin barrier and for a better price. Plus, if you don't support brands selling in China, that's another thing to think about.

Truly Recover

I have an oily skin and im aware that this product is more suitable for those with dry skin. BUT I LOVE IT REALLY. It gives the supple, smooth, slippery feeling in the morning.

At first I wonder if that the effects were given by another product so i stop using this after first bottle. And I could tell that those magical result was coming from this lovely dark purple thingy. Not to mention that the smells so good and relaxing (sorry for those who has sensitive skin, but im definitely okay with that). And it lasts long, for more than a year if you use it like how i do, 3 drops everynite. Never ever skip this product for about 3 years now.

Repair while you rest

I have used this concentrate which is a thin oil for a few years now and am still in love with it. If I had to pick my favorite all round skincare product this would be it. This smells like essential oils with quite a bit of lavender the perfect relaxing scent for bed time. Even though this product is an oil, I would describe it as a "dry" oil in that it is not slippery and greasy and does not become more liquid once warm. Instead this oil absorbs incredibly quickly and does not leave any shine on your face which I suspect oily skin types would appreciate. The bottle lid is a medicine dropper and 2-3 drops of this lightly patted onto the skin is more than enough for a good moisture boost. This also feels as if it is giving my skin some much needed vitamins and nutrients.
