Good, but not fungal acne safe

Liked this cleanser for a while as it was a nice gel texture and a little goes a long way. I tend to overuse products, but with this i was truly able to use only a dime size and it spread really well. However, after learning my acne is fungal, I'm sure this cleanser was contributing to it as the ingredients are not FA safe. Unfortunately i already bought a back up of it :(
