It does the job, but it's not the best choice for my oily skin.

The micellar water smells fresh and soothes the skin, indeed. I use it as the first step in my routine to remove make up and dirt. If I don't put anything after, just a few minutes after applying my skin creates new sebum and "shines" again. I also have a thing called seborrhea dermatitis on my head which sometimes spreads to my face, so I gotta be very careful with dryness and oiliness levels of my skin. All in all it's a good choice for starting your routine if you have mixed skin, which is not too oily.
