I bought this when they first launched and always thought it was kind of 'meh' but I realized it's because I never really used it as a spot treatment. Recently, I was quarantined back in mid-April and early May and during that time period, I had a huge pimple between my eyebrows and at the time, I didn't think to apply this. It was the kind of pimple that was painful and deep under the skin. Instead I used something else and it popped and scarred for a while. Exactly one month later, the same type of pimple appeared on the same spot and this time, I used this Skintella serum. The next morning, the pimple dramatically reduced and left no scarring. I now swear by this and is a BOMB addition to the Kayman brand. Will definitely be repurchasing this when I run out of this.

This is product is one of my HG (Holy grail)! The texture after you applied it to your face is not too sticky (at first, fells sticky a bit but later it will absorb into your skin!)
To summarize ;
* If I have new pimple, i will apply this, and the next day the pimple will soothe slowly and gone
* Sometime, when i have dry patches (usually near to my nose), I will apply this also! in a day, the dry patches will gone also :)

I purchased this product in 1 set which are Coalface Cleanser, Rosa Glow Treatment Essence and this serum, Skintella Repairing Serum. The serum is really amazing to my skin which it make my skin less acne and brighten up the scar. The texture is gel and lightweight where when you apply on your face it didn't feel heavy and absorb nicely without feeling sticky or tacky. I also apply on my acne like acne cream and tomorrow I see my acne small in size and reduce the redness. I really love this product and I will repurchase again. BTW I already finished 1 bottle of this serum.

This serum has a thin gel texture. Does not absorb fast, as it leaves a tacky and sticky feeling on my skin. But overall, it does hydrate my skin, and it does what it claims. Hence the 4 stars rating. Whenever I have redness or acne, I use this serum as a spot ace treatment, and it reduces any problems on my skin overnight. Recommended for all skin type.
