Very hydrating

It has good hydrating potential, I used for stretch marks that developed after my boob job. They were very red, so I mixed this baume with an ordinary moisturizer and worked pretty fine. I don't recommend for acne prone skin, though, since it gave me a breakout.

Good but might not suite you

Overall, I would say it's a great cream for those with dry skin not prone to acne. It is fragrance free, thought it has a gentle smell. Soothes, brightens the skin and protects, especially in winter.

BUT

If you have acne-prone, oily skin I would recommend testing it for at least a week on a cheek or a nose...This was a first cream that gave me such a dramatical break-out all over my face even on spots that typically was clean. So I'm gonna use it for my hands (works great).

Aside from that - actually in contains DIMETHICONE, so it is not a silicone-free. I'm not sure if my poor experience is due to silicone or smth else, so be careful to use it frequently.
