Skin became dehydrated and oily

i have very sensitive, oily and dehydrated skin easily prone to acne. this product was on several websites as a must use option for oily skin as it was meant to retain hydration, however it did not. my skin became very oily after use, i broke out with a rash due to dehydration and it left a sticky film on my face. it also had a strong fragrance. i would not recommend.
