Why did Yves Rocher change the formula??

I liked this serum before the formula change, but now..... I am not happy with it at all. It literally dries out my skin, and after that it gets super oily because of said drying out. I use it with a cream that I know works for hydration, but even in combination with that, the serum is still drying.
