Exfoliants are most effective when used after toner and given 20-30minutes before applying another skincare

It is advisable to use only one exfoliating product at time (and to use them preferably at nights only) - it means not to use acids (AHA/BHA), vitamin C or retinoids together during one night.

When starting to use any exfoliating skincare

• start with low concentrations of acids (mandelic / lactic acids are gentle acids, suitable for the start )
• first use the product one day at the week for like 2 or 3 weeks
• then 2 times per week for another 2 or 3 weeks
• and finally 3 times per week
