Doesnt do much, sadly...
Skin Type: oily Skin
Skin Concerns: Post Inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), Acne, Blackheads, Dehydrated Skin, Uneven Skin Tone

I bought this because I heard that BHA is much more suitable for oily-acne prone skin, so I bought it. Sadly, doesn't do much! :( I don't notice any brightening effect or fading any scars that I got from acne/pimples/zits, etc.

And also, regarding blackhead/whitehead... this is kinda confusing me a bit. I do realize that, after using this, it's easier for me to squeeze them (those black/whitehead) out. And my nose is slightly clearer. But idk, this product looks and feels like a double ended sword to me. Either it's helping my nose clearer by bringing the whitehead go up to the surface, OR, causing more blackhead lol because I do have black&whitehead before I use this, but since they're mostly small in size, I don't really care much for them, and only squeeze them out like every 3/4 month. But with this guy, I squeeze them out more often, like, one or twice a month. So...??? I'm confused lol.

Also, beware that this girl has Niacinamide in them. Because I'm quite stupid and didn't do any research for the other ingredients and use it with Klairs' Vit C serum. No wonder I feel like there are no differences to my skin even tho I exfoliate quite often and use Vit C serum.

worked wonders on my blackheads
Skin Type: combination Skin
Skin Concerns: Anti-Aging (Fine lines & Wrinkles), Blackheads, Large Pores, Dehydrated Skin, Uneven Skin Tone

i use this every night, and it's worked wonders on my chin and nose where my blackheads are the most concentrated. it's a mild product and it does take a while before you start to see results, but if you're patient you will notice a difference. the blackhead power fluid uses willow bark extract, a source of salicin, rather than straight up salicylic acid; if you have sensitive skin and you're looking for a bha treatment that's gentle on the skin, this is maybe the one for you.

i wouldn't recommend using this during the day; it doesn't dry matte, at least on my skin, and bha can potentially cause photosensitivity. there are some pretty reliable studies disputing this, but i think it's better to be safe rather than sorry.

on a final note, if you have an aspirin allergy or sensitivity, do not use this product or any other bha treatments. they're not the same thing, but they do belong to the same family.

Neither here nor there.

It's the first peeling toner I've used and I have to say I don't like it that much. I prefer a stronger serum as I find this toner to be too mild and to leave my skin oily therefore hard to apply the rest of my routine on top.

I haven't seen an improvement blackheads, whiteheads or existing pimples. It does help me fade my scars but it doesn't do more than my Klairs toner and that one doesn't leave oil on my skin.

I will finish the few pumps I have left, but definitely will not purchase again.
