Simple Anti Aging Routine For A Dry Nordic Climate

Created by

mielove

Using an AHA (glycolic acid), niacinamide and retinol to minimize fine lines, improve dullness of skin as well as to prevent against milia (which I'm prone to). Cleansers and moisturisers include further hydrating ingredients for my dry skin. SDSM2 is used as an anti-inflammatory and as an antioxidant to prevent against long-term skin damage. The Treatment Enzyme Peel includes a BHA (salicylic acid), which enables a deeper weekly pore exfoliation, also to prevent against build-up of matter like milia and to minimize the size of pores.

AM:

  • Wash with water
  • NIOD - Superoxide Dismutase Saccharide Mist (SDSM2)
  • The Ordinary - Glycolic Acid 7% Toning Solution
  • ACO - Nourishing Night Cream (includes Niacinamide)
  • La Roche Posay - Anthelios Ultra Comfort Cream SPF 50+ (only in summer)

PM

  • Yves Rocher - Micellar Cleansing oil (OPTIONAL, when doing double-cleansing)
  • Cetaphil - Gentle Skin Cleanser
  • The Ordinary - Retinol 1% in Squalane
  • ACO - Nourishing Night Cream

Once a week

  • Emma S. - Treatment Enzyme Peel (instead of the retinol)
