Best soothing toner

If you have dehydrated, irritable skin I highly recommend you try to get your hands on this product. It contains cactus which is one of my favorite ingredients. It's fantastically soothing when my skin is overheated or has a rosacea flare-up. But it also works to prevent those! I definitely notice a difference so it's not a product that I skimp on to save time in my routine. I transfered it to a spray bottle to use as a mist throughout the day.

It's fragranced but it fades quickly. It's a very thin toner so it absorbs right away and preps skin for the rest of your routine.
