combination PIHAcneBlackheads+ 4
did not help with acne

My expectations about Triacneal were high but unfortunately this product didn't work for me. I used this for 2-3 months and I didn't see any results. I didn't like the orange/yellow undercurrent of the product and it smelled weird. I would recommend to use it as a night treatment because of the undercurrent (you wash it off in the morning).

Good, albeit a bit slow results

I always had dry skin but after going off the pill I suddenly got a bout of cystic/hormonal acne that just refused to go away. My dermatologist gave me sample of Triacnéal. The results were not magical or overnight but I just say it really helped. Also, it has retinaldehyde - a gentler version of retinol. It didn't help with pigmentation but my skin really gets better when I use it. I don't use it every night but when I do my skin looks definitely better and calmer. It doesn't irritate my sensitive eczema-prone skin.

Bad reaction

Well, I must start saying that I have sensitive, combination skin and since it turned to be acne prone, I asked my dermathologist for a treatment. I bought this as suggested, and even though the first 3 nights it was safe, yesterday I woke up with a very itchy feeling. I washed my face with neutral soap, rinsed it a lot and it continued itching and burning up to midnight! Such a nightmare. I'd rather have acne that this horrible feeling. Doctor said I should stop using it and maybe try it again just to check it was the cream...pretty sure it was. On the other hand, zits are smaller but it dried out mu skin a lot, in patches.
