i wanted to love this, I really did.
i typically use cleansing oils over balms so this was my first.
after my second use, It started to sting.
i now have a red irritated face with several large painful blemishes. My T zone is also clogged with blackheads
Im guessing my skin is too sensitive and reactive to use this

i actually like the packaging, the texture, and the after feel of this cleansing balm on my skin. it wasn't make my skin more oily nor strip off. besides, it wasn't cause any breakout to my skin yet giving such enough hydration instead. it also has a calming scent slightly, smells not too strong yet gives you a light relax sensation. sadly after i used this for 2 or 3 times straight, my malasezzia started appear on my temples and needed more than a week to rid it off.

my first balm ever and unfortunately this product is unsuitible for me and started to break out after first day. i decided to give it second chance, but it just made everything worth 😭😭😭 can't recommend it, be careful if you have oily acne prone skin!!!

This balm is gentle, effectively removes makeup and a little goes a long way. The one thing i cant get past is the way it solidifies again when rinsing your face with lukewarm water. It leaves a cloudy film around my eyes which is unpleasant. It also makes me worry about what it's leaving on the rest of my skin. I'm using it up but I won't be repurchasing.
