One of the best make-up removers I have ever used. I apply this cream onto a dry face and gently massage it. A small amount goes a long way. I remove it with a wet cloth and rinse my face with water. This product takes everything off, including heavy make-up and sunscreen. I use it as a first cleans, as it might not be suitable to oily skin. However, as it takes everything off without stripping my face, I am happy to go with that. I have a very oily skin and so far I have not seen any negative effects. I am on my second tube now. Also, it feels very lux, which I think is important, as good sensory experience encourages us to use the product. I have never gone to bed with my make-up on and I don't intend to. Also, as the product desolves, all my makeup, impurities and sunscreen, I don't have to excessively rub my face.

Sorry - I'm not happy with this product. I use CeraVe Hydrading Cleanser and like it, but thought this would be equal or better. Unfortuantely not. It is very gentle, which might be viewed positively - - but I don't believe it cleans my skin. I use a white microfiber towel and don't see any improvement - water is better. Darn - I was really hoping it would work.
