i saw all the amazing recommendations and decided to try but i am not sure if it for me
before i wouldn't think of my skin as sensitive but after this product it made me breakout and my forehead scaly
i may have potentially over used the product but i am uncertain as i gave the product a break then used it again and the same irritation happened
i have black skin btw as i have come to learn skin colours have different results

Before using this product, my skin suffered from a lot of bumpiness which didn't look great especially when I took non-filtered photos on my phone. During the summer, the bumpiness was a lot more noticable and made me feel a lot more self-conscious. Instead of buying more make-up products to combat this issue, I turned to this product which made my skin more smooth and definitely decrease breakouts. I did experience a purge which didn't bother me as it was expected. The salicylic acid in this product helped bring all nasties out to the surface of the skin then gently exfoliated the dead skin off which lead to a more healthier looking face.

I would recommend this to people who deal with a lot of whiteheads and bumpy skin. Highly suggest to only use this in the PMs as it can increase your skin's sun sensitivity in the AMs otherwise definitely use SPF (without silicones) to prevent skin from forming sun spots.

I have sensitive, combination skin that's never completely clear of breakouts. This product came highly recommended and I had high hopes when looking at the ingredient list as it is very good quality for the price, but unfortunately it leaves my skin very red and irritated, so I only use it at night. I've been using the product for about a month, and I will keep using it until its empty but I won't repurchase as I thought it was too harsh.

It does what it's supposed to! works well for acne prone skin. for dry skin users, I'd highly recommend having a super good moisturizer to follow with, or only use this cleanser once a day! I actually originally bought this as a cheaper alternative for the Paula's Choice Clean pore control cleanser, and its definitely similar!

Cerave is a brand known for specifically for gentle products, this is really no exceptions. For me as someone who has rosacea and has problems with redness this cleanser does not trigger that. The main reason for someone to buy this cleanser has to be the resurfacing the skin, this is what helped me the most. One of the issues in my skin was definetly the irregularity and bumps, this definetly helped reduce that. With that using bb cream it was much more of a natural look.

Id recommend this cleanser to all skin types, for dry types i do recommend using it only in the PM. One downside to the product that it takes quite alot of washing with water to remove it after lathering it up. Sometimes with a serum i saw it foaming up. But that could be my mistake :)
