Affordable moisturizer for oily, sensitive skin

I initially purchased this gel cream as a replacement for the Ceracolla gel (which was a replacement for Rosette Ceramide gel). Obviously I like gel moisturizer. The CosRX Hydrium Green Tea Aqua Soothing Gel Cream fit well into my established routine. It isn't tacky or sticky and sinks into skin well.

I wouldn't say it's anything spectacular but it is a solid gel cream which I have repurchased.

this products just not work on my oily-combi skin

I have oily-combi skin and when I start using this as a mosturizer my skin start purguing and I have acne in the same place on my face in two weeks. And on the next day I try again to use after I did my mask routin with the exfo mask + sheet mask and it's even worse. After sheet mask my skin is getting better but when I put this on my face, my acne start to be itchy again.
