If you're looking for something to give you hydration in the winter, this is not what you are looking for. Something that I noticed was that it doesn't stand up well to cold winds. I usually have to apply the emulsion twice throughout the day; once in the morning and again at mid-day. I imagine I have to apply this emulsion twice as this is described as lightweight. My skin did not feel particularly bouncy and hydrated, but my skin did feel softer. The smell of the emulsion is decent, it's not too pungent but does have an aroma.

One thing I absolutely don't like about the product is the bottle it comes in. It's close to impossible to get the emulsion out of the bottle. I usually have to shake the bottle vigorously to get product out, considering that you don't really need much of the emulsion per use, this shaking method proves troublesome when trying to dispense a small amount. I don't think that this would work well for people with truly dry skin (which is me in the winter), but for summer time this is great & not too heavy.

3 stars as it contains alcohol and is in inconvenient packaging.
