Interesting Toner/Serum

This is definitely an interesting product, living up to its name perfectly. It has effectively brightened my skin, as well as helped with some hydration. I think it has actively helped reduce some dark spots as well. A cotton pad may actually be detrimental in this product as it would end up absorbing it, and a little bit goes a long way when directly applied. Does not feel irritating or drying, but leaves the skin with a slightly refreshed feeling.

Personal observation: This might be more of a day product as opposed to a night one.
