bad for oily skin

great make-up remover for eyes but for the face if you have oily skin with a tendency to acne I do not recommend it since to be a micellar water it has grade 2 comedogenity and that made me get blackheads if you have normal skin yes but I have not felt that say oily skin if it is comedogenic
