Breaks me out

I have combination skin, with some (but not much) pimples in my forehead. This sheet mask breaks me out A LOT. I never thought a sheet mask could break me out but this is the only new product I introduced to my skin care routine, so i believe this may cause it. I now stop using it. The sheet mask also feels like it was burning my skin when i put it on my face, but it didn't leave my face red (as it happened with other sheet mask of the brand).
