Feels waxy and blur the vision
Skin Type: dry Skin
Skin Concerns: Melasma, Anti-Aging (Fine lines & Wrinkles), Large Pores, Sensitive Skin, Dehydrated Skin

I had high hopes for this balm because everybody said it was amazing but I didn't like it.
It was good to remove sunscreen but only this.
I don't feel that it cleans my skin well, it does not remove heavy makeup - especially waterproof mascara - and it makes my vision blurry.
I also don't like the texture, feels waxy - kind cheap.

Wonderful cleanser!
Skin Type: combination Skin
Skin Concerns: Post Inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), Acne, Large Pores, Dehydrated Skin, Uneven Skin Tone

This is the first cleansing balm I've tried and I have to say I'm very impressed by it. I love the texture and it has no problem removing my waterproof mascara. The only issue I have is that it makes my contact lenses cloudy but that probably has more to do with me rubbing the balm into my eyes to remove the mascara, and since I use this at night I usually take out my contacts and clean them afterwards anyways so for me it's not a big deal. I love using this as a first step cleanser before I go in with my Krave Beauty Matcha Hemp Hydrating Cleanser to clean any left over make-up. Both products work really well together. I haven't had any issues with sensitivity even though there are some questionable ingredients in there, but my skin is not super sensitive to begin with. Someone with very sensitive skin might want to be careful with this though. I think I will try another cleansing balm after I finish this, just so see what else is out there, but I don't doubt that this will find it's way back into my routine.

Nice

Love the packaging and the fact that you can pick up the product with the spatula without sticking your fingers in. Removing makeup is much way better with this balm, it melt away every makeup residues ( especially eye-makeup like mascara) and won't leave you with the uncomfortable sticky feeling like most of the makeup remover do.
It contains a lot of good oils for your skin, which are great, just make sure to remove every residues washing your face with water really well.
It suits my skin type pretty well, my sensitive skin haven't had any concerns and also helped clear my skin.
