I think it smells amazing, like an herbal tea scent. I find it leaves a pleasant tingling sensation after application that makes me feel like it's doing its job. It does not irritate the skin but I don't think it soothes it either. One thing, I don't think it lists it on here but on the bottle itself, Citric acid is listed as an ingredient. I have noticed smoother skin and faster cell regeneration with blemishes which is great.
I was a nice toner that I have been using for about four months. Despite the nice ingredient list, I didn't notice that it did much for my skin except that it did not irritate it. Since then, I have been using less expensive toners and first essences with more visible effects on my skin. I don't plan on repurchase this one.
The toner didn't irritate my skin, but not that much changed after using it. It is somewhat calming, and felt slightly hydrating. Sometimes the petals in the toner would come out when you tried to use it.
