I use this product once every two weeks because it really does a number on your skin, the scrub contains ground sea shells which really scrub at your face and I feel that it is too harsh for regular use.

I consider this an exfoliation boost every two weeks since I use relatively gentle exfoliaters on a regular basis. This scrub takes away all dry flakes that may be lingering and also removes blackheads like a charm (I have very small pores and when they get clogged it is nearly impossible for me to exfoliate them clean without damaging my skin). This clears almost all my blackheads every two weeks and my skin feels and looks like a porcelain doll's.

Make sure to generously moisturize after use and wear sunscreen to protect the vulnerable skin that has now been exposed to the environment.
