As a dry oil I expect it to soak in fast and not lay on top of the skin. After cleansing and toner, apply 1 drop to each side of face and work in well. 1 drop for forehead will also give you enough on your fingers to do your upper lip for fine lines, your lower lip and chin area. 1 bottle will last nine to ten months at this rate so when you see the price divide by ten to get your monthly price.

This is for dry skin in dry climates. I have sensative skin that's dry and live in the mountainous west of the USA. Hot during the summer with some rain, cold in the winter with snow that takes the moisture out of the air, my skin looks like a raisin until I put this on which soaks in quick. I follow up with a moisturizer. - I have 2 which I switch so my skin doesn't get used to just the same stuff put on it. The cells of the skin are constantly changing. They need to be met with nurishment, not the same food day in day out. Besides this product which I use on a M-W-F routine I use Caudalie Cru Serum. Same way as above and described below for makeup and night.

Now here's the trick to using oil for day or night: In the evening you've got to start this process at least 40 minutes before you put your head on the pillow to sleep or the pillowcase will absorb all the goodness that should be absorbed by your skin. So if its 40 minutes at night,that means you're going to have to allow that amount of time before you start layering on makeup on top of the moisturizer: Foundation if liquid has to set as well, if its pressed and powdered you might run into wet areas if you haven't waited long enough & you'll have to start again from washing your face/toner. Then comes blush, eye shadow/liner and if you're also using an eye serum/cream that's got to soak in as well in the morning so re-arrange the order of your morning ritual. The most important is your skin care. The paint you put on top of that canvas can be done in the car in the parkiing lot at your work. Eat healthy so your skin has a good start in the early hours of the day.
