Effective Eye Makeup Remover

I've been a fan of this eye makeup remover for a while. It removes even the most stubborn makeup. I don't wear waterproof makeup very often, but this is the remover I reach for all the time.

Before shaking the bottle, I soak a cotton round with the top liquid on the Bi-Facil. I read it was more effective to moisten the cotton round with the unmixed liquid first so the cotton doesn't absorb all the good stuff. Then I shake the bottle so both ingredients are mixed and saturate the cotton round with it. I place the cotton round on one of my eyes and wait a few seconds, I do the same on my other eye and then gently start removing any residue. It takes off every trace of makeup very easily without having rub the skin a lot. This eye makeup remover never irritates my eyes, no itching or burning sensation. After using this, I always follow with my regular cleansing routine.
