Hydrating gel that is calming

I like to use this while I'm still in the shower after I've washed my face. It helps my skin stay a lot more hydrated and I think the alcohol level is very small and was just used to extract the witch hazel toner. There's konjac in here and I like gels made with konjac. It doesn't break me out.
