How to use
General guidance from this product's category and active ingredients — always follow the directions on the package.
Trust & honesty
The concentrations these actives are typically effective at in research — not a measurement of this product.
Most research uses 2–5%; some formulas go to 10%. Very high levels can cause flushing in sensitive skin.
Niacinamide
OTC leave-on AHAs are usually 5–10%. The effect also depends on pH and free-acid value, not the percentage alone.
Lactic Acid
INCI lists don't disclose amounts, and we don't claim to know this product's levels — these are the ranges these ingredients are usually effective at, so you can tell a real formula from "fairy-dusting" a marketed active. How we estimate this.

Getting to the bottom of my bottle, and super sad they reformulated again. However, looking at Missha's website, it's still available alongside the new "moist" version, and I hope it stays that way. It comes in a glass component with a screw-on lid and a plastic stopper inside, just like the OG. The scent is practically non-existent and only hints at fermentation. Was using this puppy as a toner at first, thinking its texture was too runny for an essence, but I definitely prefer it the other ...
I use it once daily at night and the product always leaves my skin feeling soft, plump, hydrated, and with a dewy glow. It is non-greasy and non-comedogenic, therefore it's suitable even for combination and oily skin types. The smell is faint and not unpleasant.
I love this product! I'm on my third bottle. I think its good as a laying toner since its watery, after three layers my skin feels well moisturized. I feel like it has helped with my pores and evening out my skin tone. I would suggest for any skin types.
