It worsen my pimples

I thought when i use this it would heal my pimples but it does nothing. At first week i see that my pimples are getting smaller but the continuous use of it did nothing. It also just feels like cover its not absorbing anything its just sitting in my face doing nothing. I think after using it my pimples got worse and red.
