Didn't notice a difference.

Didn't notice a difference when using these. But then again I don't deal with puffiness or fine lines, just dark circles. They do provide hydration, so I would do this treatment before applying eye creams. They were very cooling on the eye, which was nice. If left on too long or used too often, they would break me out around the eye in hard bumps. Overall, these were nice but I didn't see much effect or much reason for me to do them. But YMMV.
