This toner is similar to the consistency of the Whamisa organic flowers toner, a slightly thicker liquid than a regular watery essence. The product made my skin very red and it was angry for a few minutes after use. I wiped this over my face with a cotton pad because I felt that this is not a product I would want to pat a generous layer of on my face. Unfortunately, western brands have still not got the hang of a moisturizing, skin prepping toner as the Asian brands have and I was disappointe...
Always a mainstay when my skin is in trouble. This product can be a good alternative for people who are looking for a hydrating toner that has extra moisture. What I really like is the texture is a little thick. The feel is very comfortable when touching the skin and also very moisturizing at the same time. There is a little bit of aroma but it is very soft -it smells like a herbal scent, I think, cmiiw- but for me, it doesn't matter even though for some people who are very sensitive to fragr...
In terms of moisturization, it's really good at it. I think too good. I found that if I wanted to use this toner, I either had to considerably use less or not use a moisturizer at all. Other than that it left my skin soft and pearly after use (which I like) and in extremely cold weather (-20C below) this toner is my best friend. The majority of winter in Canada are so cold it turns my oily skin dry so, this helps me to keep that extra moisture I need.
I've been using this product for about a month and everytime I put it on my face, it made my face red. On the beginning I though it was any other product that I was using but the redness kept showing. The day I decided to take this tone off my skin routine, my face stopped being red. I rave sensitive skin with rosacea and one of the ingredients gave me allergy... For moisturizing, it's a good product! I don't like the smell.
While it worked fine for me, it didn't do much to my skin so I was kind of disappointed. I finished the whole bottle, and even then I didn't see any result, my skin was the same as before using this product so it was a waste of money (for me, I guess)
