It’s Okay

I rated this product 3 stars as it moisturizes my face well. But! It has this sticky feeling seconds after I apply it on my face. This moisturizer also claims to have a "cooling effect," but apparently it has none even when I already placed it in the refrigerator before using. This has been my moisturizer for months and it didn't do much, though it is a good moisturizer.
